Chinese New Year Celebrations 2023
Marlborough School was delighted to welcome 'Primary Schools Workshop' with their Dragon Dance Workshop to mark Chinese New Year celebrations. All classes and students had the chance to participate in this interactive workshop with learning intentions including; teamwork, rhythm and flow and Chinese culture.
In addition to this workshop, a variety of Chinese foods with chopsticks were enjoyed during snack time. Some students used the food for sensory activities including smashing and scrunching prawn crackers and beating chopsticks.
