Free School Meals:

If your son/ daughter is eligible for Free School Meals you will receive a voucher from the school. This will be £15 per week. Please contact the main school reception if you have any queries regarding this. 

Support from Bexley Children's Social Care: 

If your son/daughter is currently open to the Children with Disabilities Team please contact your allocated social worker directly for support or the duty number on 020 345 3600.

If your child is not open to the Children with Disabilities Team please contact the MASH Team to request support on:  020 3045 5440 or Out of Hours: 020 8303 7777 or 020 8303 7171. 

Support from Bexley Adult's Social Care: 

If your son/ daughter is aged 18 or above then you will need to contact their Allocated Social Worker from Adult Social Care directly if you require support or you can phone the admin number on 020 3045 3770. If they do not have an allocated Social Worker you can contact the Adult Screeners Team on 020 8303 7777.

Bexley SNAP: 

Bexley SNAP which provides support to disabled children and their families in Bexley have been adapting to the current situation and are now providing some of their groups for older disabled children online.  They have also started a temporary toy library for younger children who usually attend their groups.  The first delivery of toys was made on 23/04/20 benefiting 6 children plus their siblings.  The families were overjoyed with the idea and items they received.  Bexley SNAP will gradually be rolling this out to as many families as they can.
